Answer -- No it won't. IP addresses are all the same with the search engines. When Google attributes a certain PR to a site, its to the domain name it attributes it to, not the IP address or server. When you change hosts, of course the physical location of the server and its IP address changes, but your domain still is the same. You can switch hosts as much and as often as you like.
