Question -- Greetings to you Serge and thank you for a valuable and helpful newsletter. Hey what's happening with Google's Page Rank update? Why is it taking them so long?

Lately we've bought 10 new links to our site and we'd be happy to see what those links have done to our site's PR. We currently enjoy a PR 4 homepage and PR 3 on most of the inside pages but we would be real happy to see a PR 5. Why is it so long? Will it always be like that? Thanks for your help Serge.
