All they need to do is to upload a video that best highlights their skills and talent, whatever they may be. How can anyone enter the Yahoo Talent Show? Simply upload a video in the following formats: ASF, AVI, MOV, MPEG, QT, DV, or WMV. All contents of the video, including music, must be original. No use of copyrighted materials will be permitted. Potential contestants must also make sure that the content featured in their videos must also be approved by anyone who may be appearing in it. All videos must be no more than ten minutes in total running time to qualify.

In news on Tuesday, YouTube has been gathering personal data from its users and sharing it without them knowing about it. While responding to a court subpoena served in May by Viacom subsidiary Paramount Pictures, YouTube shared some data on at least one user to the movie studio's lawyers. Back in May, lawyers for Viacom's Paramount Pictures convinced a federal judge in San Francisco to issue a subpoena requiring YouTube to turn over details about a user who uploaded dialog from the movie studio's "Twin Towers," according to a copy of the document.
