Answer -- Thank you for your valid questions. Yes, you are taking a big chance of having some if not most of those sites banned by Google, Yahoo and many others. Why do they want more than one site to sell the same products? Unless those products are all different they need to be sold on the same site. Google is extremely good at rapidly detecting duplicate content, so is Yahoo.

It's a very bad idea. As for Yahoo's PPC program, I'm not sure if they would have a problem with that, but you're still taking a big chance they will ban you in the generic listings.
