Don't misunderstand me: PR still is important, but there are also many other important elements Google will look at in a site before determining which of the site's pages should fall on which specific results pages. As always, you should consistently work as hard as ever to try to make your site's Page Rank as high as you can. Here are some techniques to achieve that:

1) Lease quality one-way links from a reputable link broker
2) Create high quality and relevant pages in your site
3) Update your site frequently
4) Create a forum section
5) Create a blog and link to your site where appropriate
6) Get other relevant sites to link to your site
7) Use linkbaiting techniques to boost your PR
