That is an excellent question and I get it often. Regretably, top rankings across any of the major search engines can and will change overnight. Just ask anybody that has closely watched Google's November or January updates and they will tell you! The bottom line is:- there isn't ANY guarantees! In fact, be extremely cautious of companies that will tell you otherwise. Nobody but the search engines themselves control the search results. Since nobody else but themselves are in full control of the engines, how can anybody can offer a guarantee? It's just not possible under the current system. Just because a site gains top rankings in various search properties today doesn't mean you can count on those same rankings next month, or even next week for that matter.
