I've built this whole site from the ground up, and I've carefully optimized it as best as I could, following all your recommendations very closely. I'm proud of it and the success I've enjoyed for so long. However, the site now is about 7,200 pages and is a real drag to maintain and upkeep. I devote anywhere from ten to twenty hours a week to it, and my wife puts in at least another fifteen or more depending on her schedule.

The reasons why we wish to rebuild it are many:

1) Get a new look and feel (the site is outdated)
2) Install better and more interactive features on it
3) Offer more content for our users, etc.
