Answer -- Thank you for your kind words in these difficult moments for my immediate family and me. It is definetely a new trend, and yes it is something I would recommend. Our SEO Help Forum has been up and running now for over 18 months and I can strongly attest to the fact that it DOES bring additional and targeted traffic to our Web site, there's no question about that.

In fact, I wish we had done it sooner! So do I believe in forums as an additional vehicle that can help bring in more traffic and prospects to a site? The answers is YES! As always, you need to just make certain that you stay relevant. If your site is all about selling computer hardware, make sure all your forum is focussed on computer hardware. What you can do is a bit like we did: create some helpful sections for your users and customers that will truly help them with their various computer hardware issues.
