I noticed keywords in link that were within my site had relevance or at least were highlighed as keywords, most of the time, but links that took a user to another site had almost no relevance. The exception in one case that baffles me is one word in the link that was used in the search query was highlighted, but several others that met that same criteria were not highlighted. There is no question that keywords imbedded in a link have a large impact in the overall ranking of a specific page.
