Question -- Hello from the U.K. Serge and thank you for a splendid publication! Here's a question that has been debated a lot here in SEO circles, especially in the London area. My question is, does the IP address of a server and hence its geographical and country location have any effect in the search rankings of a site? Here, opinions are about equally split and I must tell you that I find this pretty frustrating in light of all that has been discussed in the past. Thank you for an answer Serge.
