What I mean by this is, you want some links to go directly to your homepage, for the obvious benefit it will boost your site's overall Page Rank™ (PR). Always remember that it is from your homepage that PR starts, and where it is then equally divided to your inner pages. Your question makes sense, since the inner pages of any site are as important as the homepage itself, as far as their content is concerned. You also want your Page Rank™ to be equally distributed throughout all of your site, for maximum benefit.

As important PR is and that every website should lease links or exchange them with other sites, remember that Page Rank™ is part of the equation that Google looks at when ranking a site for its relevancy and content. PR is important, but it isn't everything. Other elements that are equally as important is your keyword density. Also, you need to make certain that you have completely researched all your keyword and keyword phrases utilizing WordTracker, the only solution that will correctly identify and select the "real" keywords for your website.
