I then asked to see his standard contract form. It's a single-page document and NOWHERE is there any mention that they won't optimize the site of one of my competitors once I've signed up with them. Answer -- Thanks for the kudos. Writing is something I like and if I can share some of my knowledge with people then I've accomplished the main goal of this newsletter. Well your story dosen't sound very good to me. First of all, all SEO's are supposed to have an iron-clad SEO Code of Ethics which is linked on their homepage, such as the one we have at Rank for $ales. Second, never sign a contract longer than one year. Three or six months would be even better.
