Question -- Serge thank you for a great newsletter. Since I know that Google values a 7-year old website more than one that's been around for just a few months, how can you explain a site that is roughly 8 months old and that outranks a site that's been on the Internet for over seven years? The old site dosen't have a very strong PR value but still! The new site has a PR 5 on it. I'm really scratching my head on that one! Thanks Serge.

Answer -- I'm glad if you appreciate the newsletter. You didn't give me enough to go on, initially. In what industry is the site operating in? Is it in the field of real estate by any chance? Or travel? Those two industries are extremely competitive, and I've seen a few isolated cases that, like you, I would really scratch my head while analyzing the SERPs.
