Question -- Serge! Please help me! I'm totally desperate! In mid-March we had a contact form and an interactive questionnaire (form) installed on our site. We were doing great in Google before we had them installed, but not anymore! We simply can't find our site anymore! We are thinking of taking legal action against the IT company that did the PHP forms for our site. Should we sue them? Thanks.

Answer -- Interactive forms or PHP contact forms have absolutely NO bearing at ALL on a site's rankings! They are just part of the site's overall features. We've optimized many sites that have them and we've never EVER seen any degradation to their rankings if and when those sites use contact or survey forms.
