Answer -- Since your business is mostly located and targeted to U.K. residents, I'd say a .co.uk domain would make more sense. Remember that regional (ie country extensions) do better in the search engines of their own countries when compared to .com domains which are international. If you would have told me you are global, I would have said register the .com instead.
