If not, could you tell us what the difference is? Thank you from Hawaii. Answer -- Aloha! Keyword density and keyword frequency are the same. The word density refers to the percentage of times one keyword comes out on a whole page of text. The ideal keyword frequency is around 2 percent. This means that if you have 500 words on one page, your keywords should not be repeated more than about ten times at the most. I would make them even less than that, just to be on the safe side. So, if you're like me, you will stop at 1 percent. As you can see, keyword frequency means the number of times a specific keyword is repeated, which is the same action than keyword density. Those two terms are only meant to confuse the average person, but don't let them intimidate you with this!
