Number 5 is always highly recommended. Making a site map of all your 32 pages shouldn't take you more than about an hour or an hour-and-a-half at the most, but it will make a big difference in your site's rankings in the search engines. As for number 6 there can be a lot more variables in your site that can cause it to take more or less time than another site. For example, does your site have a lot of text?

If you have pages that are between 500 and 1,000 words per page, optimizing all that text and verifying to make sure you have the right and 'recommended' keyword density will of course take you a lot more time than if your site has small pages of text with only 100 to 150 words on them.
