Question -- Serge I hope you can help me with this. For about a year now, I have a competitor that is abusing and monopolizing the SERPs for our respective main keywords with useless websites spread all over the page. At last count, he had at least 4 sites that I know of, when he should really be having just a single one like me. It seems Google wants to encourage search engine spam?

I've already sent a complaint email to Google about a month ago, with not even an aknowledgment from them or anything! What should I do? I'm desperate! I do everything by the book and these spammers are enjoying a field day at the expense of honest webmasters like me. I think it isn't fair and something should be done about this real fast before those spammers take over all the SERPs. I thought Google didn't like SE spam. Thanks.
