Question -- Serge, I like your letter a lot; thanks for making it so enjoyable and informative. Just a quick question: is it me or is it harder to optimize for Google than it is for Yahoo and MSN? I'm asking you this since my 3-year old site is doing very good in Yahoo and MSN but gets almost no visibility in Google. Am I missing something here?

Answer -- I'm happy if you appreciate our newsletter; it's here to help. Well you didn't give me a whole lot of information to go on about your site. Do you happen to be in a highly competitive industry? But to answer your question, yes: Google is a little bit trickier to optimize than Yahoo or MSN.
