The only reason I have a Meta Refresh tag there is that I update my blog at least five or six times a day, sometimes more and I want to make sure that my viewers always get the latest (freshest) blog entries at the top of my homepage. Thanks.

Answer -- I'm delighted if you are learning good things from this newsletter and my articles. He is dead wrong on that one! Go to the CNN FN homepage (http://money.cnn.com/) and look at CNN's source code! Do you think CNN would risk having their site banned by Google for doing something that Google didn't like or didn't endorse? Of course not! The CNN/Money homepage happens to be a site that I read often during the day so I know it very well. The reason CNN placed a Meta Refresh tag there is simply because CNN wants to automatically update the latest NYSE, NASDAQ and S&P 500 stock market indices at least once every ten minutes or so.
