Question -- Serge, thank YOU for a great newsletter! Today, all I know about SEO I've learned from you! Serge, the other day I was talking to a webmaster and he had a look at my blog. When he checked my homepage he saw that I have a Meta Refresh tag and told me that Google could penalize sites that have that on their homepage. Is that true, and if so, why?
