You are not wrong, you are 100% right on that one. You don't have control over who links to you! You only have control of who YOU are linking to and Google and the other SEs all know that. Even if 1,000 bad link farms (they are always bad) link to you, it cannot harm you since you don't have any control over that. Just make sure that you DON'T link back to any of them and you will be OK. Stay away from link farms: they are always bad news.

Question -- Serge congrats on a fine newsletter! Just a quick question: If I launch a new site today, how much time can I expect to get some visibility in Google? I only have 10 keywords and they are moderately competitive. Thanks.
