Our two featured articles this week are "Transforming ordinary site visitors into real buyers" and "Eight practical ways to boost sales in your online marketing campaigns", but first, let me answer a question or two out of the fifteen I received here this week.

Question -- Hello Serge. Congrats on a fine newsletter and keep up your good work in writing it. My question is about Ask.com. The other day I was talking to another SEO and he was strongly recommending optimizing your site specifically for the Ask.com search engine. What do you think of this and is he on to something? Thanks Serge.

Answer -- Hi there and I'm happy to know if our newsletter helps you better understand the world of SEO. I don't think he's on to anything! Ask.com is the previous Ask Jeeves search engine. Now that they've removed "The Butler" as their mascot, they've renamed it Ask.com. In my book, it's still the same search engine it used to be.
