Question -- Hello Serge. Thanks for the newsletter. I've read on your site that you don't recommend a site done using frames. Mine is. Do you suggest I do it all over again? But you are right: it dosen't rank anywhere even after four long years! Thanks.

Answer -- Yes I recommend you make a complete redesign. Keep your domain but redo the whole site WITHOUT frames. A few years ago, I wrote a good article on how to optimize a site using frames, but if you can or if you have the resources rebuild your whole site. You might be surprised at how well it will rank after a few months, especially since your site is already four years old! Hope that helps.
