Question -- Serge, congrats on a great newsletter! You probably must have answered this question before but how do you go optimizing a database-driven website? My eCommerce site is 100% dynamic and the pages are created dynamically. It was done using the MySQL database with code done in PHP. Thanks for any help you can provide me.

Answer -- Thanks for the kudos! Optimizing a database-driven Web site is always more challenging and surely represents a lot more obstacles in itself. A while back, I wrote a good article on the correct way to optimize a dynamic database-driven website. That information is still valid today as it was back then and I suggest you read it carefully.

I could fill a whole book on this topic alone! Space limitations in this newsletter prevent me from going into detail on all the many techniques (there are over 100) to achieve good visibility in the search engines for a dynamic website.
