Answer -- Hello and I'm happy if our articles help you in your SEO work. In the 'noframes' tag, you need to place some relevant text about your website. Even if framed websites aren't recommended (for the reasons I've given in my article) if you do have a framed site and wish to continue working with it, you need to place some text that is highly relevant to your site.

For example, you may want to consider placing the first and second paragraphs of your homepage in the 'noframes' tag. Be as relevant as you can. Your site still won't rank as high as it could on an unframed site, but it's a step in the right direction, nevertheless. If you don't have any text (or very little) on your homepage, then write some content-rich, relevant text with your most important keywords in it.
