Question -- Serge, is it me or have you noticed the same thing... Not only is Google taking more and more time to make a PR update but there also seems to be so much instability in their PR toolbar...

Ever since Google was 'supposed' to have completed its PR update three weeks ago, I see my site fluctuate between PR 4 and 5 a few times a day! My site is three years old and has had a very stable PR 4 for as long as I can remember. After I realized Google gave me a 5 of course I was happy, but why is it always jumping between 4 and 5 now? Any clues? Thanks Serge!
