Question -- Serge, we created a Knowledge Base (KB) on our site, but only for our members since it is password-protected. Can Google still index it and show it in the SERPs? Thanks in advance for your answer.

Answer -- Google (or any other SE) cannot index anything if your files are password-protected, so the answer is no. You can't have your cake and eat it too!
