Answer -- You are partially right. Yahoo is 'sometimes' faster than Google at indexing sites, although Google still does an excellent job at that! The simple reason to this is that Yahoo currently re-indexes sites about twice a month, while Google only does a complete update of its whole database about once every quarter, at least as far as PR is concerned.
